Who we are
Vibe Coded SEO is a specialist service provided through Amplified SEO and operated by Andy Chubb. It provides SEO consultancy for AI-built, vibe-coded and modern websites. For the purposes of UK data protection law, Andy Chubb is the controller of the personal information described in this policy.

Information we collect
We may collect information you provide through the enquiry form, prompt-library request, email or consultation booking page. This can include your name, email address, website URL, platform, project stage, message, marketing preference, preferred appointment time and any information you choose to share during correspondence.
We may also receive basic technical information needed to operate and protect the website, such as request information, device or browser details and security logs.
How and why we use it
We use personal information to:
- deliver resources you request;
- respond to enquiries and arrange consultations;
- understand your website and the support you are seeking;
- send occasional resources or product updates when you separately consent;
- provide requested services and manage our working relationship;
- maintain the security and reliability of the website; and
- meet legal, accounting or regulatory obligations.
Our lawful bases are your consent, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, performing a contract, complying with legal obligations and our legitimate interests in responding to prospective clients, operating the service and protecting the website. Requesting a resource does not automatically subscribe you to ongoing marketing. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time.
Services that process information
We use service providers where necessary to operate the website and communications. These currently include Google Workspace for email, Calendar and Google Meet, Google Analytics for consented website measurement, FormSubmit for delivering enquiry form submissions and prompt-library requests, and the website hosting provider. These providers may process information on our behalf under their own security and privacy arrangements.
Some providers may process information outside the UK. Where this happens, the provider is responsible for using an appropriate transfer mechanism and safeguards required by applicable data protection law.
Cookies, analytics and embedded services
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use the website. This can include pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser information, referral source and interactions with the website. Google Analytics may set cookies including _ga and related identifiers. We do not use this information for advertising.
Analytics does not load unless you select “Accept analytics”. You can reject it without affecting the website and can change your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer. Withdrawing consent stops future analytics loading and removes the analytics cookies that this website can access.
The embedded Google appointment page and website infrastructure may use cookies or similar storage that are necessary to provide their services, remember settings, prevent abuse or keep a session secure. Opening or using an embedded service may also send information directly to that provider.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiries and related correspondence for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact, unless a longer period is required for an active client relationship, a legal obligation or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. Contract, invoice and accounting records may be retained for the period required by UK law. Information that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymised where reasonably practicable.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct or erase your personal information, restrict or object to its use, and receive certain information in a portable format. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time. These rights are not absolute and may be subject to legal exceptions.
To exercise a right, email info@vibecodedseo.com. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Security and changes
We use reasonable organisational and technical measures intended to protect personal information. No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
We may update this policy when the website, providers or legal requirements change. The latest version will always appear on this page with its revision date.
